How do I download and create an account?

You can download PubPassport from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once downloaded, open the app, tap 'Sign Up', and follow the prompts to register with your email or social accounts.

How do I cancel or modify a table booking?

Go to the 'Bookings' tab in your app, select the upcoming reservation, and tap 'Modify' or 'Cancel'. Please note that some pubs require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

I ordered to the table but haven't received my items.

If your order is delayed, please check the 'Active Orders' screen for status updates. If it has been more than 20 minutes, please speak to a staff member at the pub, showing them your order confirmation screen.

How do I request a refund for a mobile order?

Refunds for mobile orders must be processed by the pub directly on the day of the order. Please speak to the manager on duty. For historical disputes, please use our contact form below.

How do I redeem my points?

Open the app and go to the 'Rewards' tab. Browse available rewards at your current or nearby pubs and tap 'Redeem' to use your points. The pub will receive a notification to fulfil your reward.
